Privacy Policy

Short version

Obbi is a creative tool for kids to build games in Roblox. We ask for as little as possible, we never sell data, and we treat anyone under 13 under strict U.S. COPPA rules — meaning we don't collect anything from them without a parent's OK.

What we collect

• Your Roblox account ID + handle (you log in with Roblox OAuth).
• The prompts you type to generate games, and the games we generate for you.
• Basic telemetry so we can fix bugs: the pages you visit, errors that happen, and the kind of browser you use.
• A year-of-birth (never the month or day), used only to route under-13s through the parental-consent flow.

What we don't collect

• Phone numbers, home addresses, school names, or precise location.
• The full date of birth — only the year.
• Any information about your friends, unless you add them yourself.

If you're under 13 (COPPA)

Before you can use Obbi, a parent or guardian has to confirm via email. Until they do, we do not store anything except the pending consent request itself. If the parent denies consent or doesn't respond within 14 days, the request is deleted.

A parent can, at any time:

• Review everything we have on the child's account.
• Ask us to delete the account and all associated data.
• Revoke consent — this stops any further collection and deletes existing data within 7 days.

To make any of those requests, email privacy@obbi.gg from the email you used for consent.

How we use the data

We use it to run Obbi — generate the games you ask for, save your work, and improve the product based on anonymized aggregates (e.g. "prompts about pets succeed 80% of the time"). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the narrow set of vendors we need to run the product: Anthropic / Voyage / Meshy / Scenario / Blockade Labs (the AIs that generate content), Supabase (our database), Vercel (our hosting), and Sentry (our error monitoring). None of them are allowed to use your data for their own purposes.
